The callout covers the first 12 miles. Beyond that it is £0.55 a mile, one way — we do not charge you for driving home. If the job turns out to be a different job, we stop and tell you before it becomes a different price.
Old boiler out, new one on the existing gas, water and flue routes where they are compliant, a system filter and a magnetic cleaner, then a full commissioning and a Benchmark record filled in properly.
What makes this go up
Moving it to another wall, a flue route that no longer meets the current distances, or a gas supply that is not big enough. We look at all three before quoting and tell you which apply.
