The callout covers the first 12 miles. Beyond that it is £0.55 a mile, one way — we do not charge you for driving home. If the job turns out to be a different job, we stop and tell you before it becomes a different price.
Around half of these are a stuck diverter valve, a seized pump, or a pressure sensor reading a system that has quietly lost its water. All three are found before anything is ordered.

We come out. The price on this page is what it costs at any hour, and it does not change because you sound worried on the phone.
