We have this down as 45 minutes of labour and £14 of materials. The prices below are that, plus VAT, and nothing else.

The callout covers the first 12 miles. Beyond that it is £0.55 a mile, one way — we do not charge you for driving home. If the job turns out to be a different job, we stop and tell you before it becomes a different price.
Most dripping taps are a two-pound part. We will tell you if it is, even though a new tap is a bigger invoice.
