The callout covers the first 12 miles. Beyond that it is £0.55 a mile, one way — we do not charge you for driving home. If the job turns out to be a different job, we stop and tell you before it becomes a different price.
Thawed, and then rerouted or lagged so it does not do it again — which is the half of this job most people do not get.
You can often do this one yourself
Warm water, not boiling, poured along the white plastic pipe outside. We would rather tell you that than charge you for it. If it keeps happening, that is a pipe run problem and worth us looking at.
