We have this down as 1.5 hours of labour and no of materials. The prices below are that, plus VAT, and nothing else.

The callout covers the first 12 miles. Beyond that it is £0.55 a mile, one way — we do not charge you for driving home. If the job turns out to be a different job, we stop and tell you before it becomes a different price.
The part that matters is the expansion vessel, which loses its charge quietly over a few years and then starts dumping hot water down the tundish. We recharge it rather than replacing the cylinder.
