We have this down as 6 days of labour and £2,100 of materials. The prices below are that, plus VAT, and nothing else.
This one needs two of us. The second pair of hands is charged at the mate's rate, not at a second full rate.

The callout covers the first 12 miles. Beyond that it is £0.55 a mile, one way — we do not charge you for driving home. If the job turns out to be a different job, we stop and tell you before it becomes a different price.
Everything out to the joists, waste and supply reworked properly rather than teed off whatever was nearest, boarded, tanked where it is getting wet, tiled, and fitted.
Why the price is what it is
Six days of two people is most of it. The materials figure here is a mid-range suite at trade — put an expensive one in and that number moves, and only that number.
